Dear RYA Instructors and Level 2 Race Coaches,

 It is time to book onto the Regional Instructors Training Day!  Deadline for bookings is the 17/2/12 – but we may be sold out this year so get in quick!

This is the event formerly known as the Regional Instructors Conference – we wanted to change the name to reflect the change in the day itself.  This is more than ever an interactive, practical, useful and fun day designed specifically for instructors and coaches to help you improve your personal sailing/windsurfing/powerboating skills and your instructing and coaching skills.  Plus the Instructors Training Day is now open to Assistant Instructors, Level 2 Race Coaches and anyone interested in becoming an Instructor – so please forward this email to anyone that might be interested.

This year Amanda Van Santen the RYA Chief Dinghy and Windsurf Instructor will be joining us and will be running some of the workshops.  All the dinghy manufacturers will be at the events and we will beg, borrow and steal as much windsurf kit and as many powerboats as we can!

I have attached the plan for the day.  Following the brief update from Amanda and myself I really hope that the choice of 2 workshops in the morning and a single long session in the afternoon will prove popular.

I can now confirm that RS, Laser, Topper and Hartley Boats will be at both days.  RS will have their new 16ft Venture with them! 

The Instructors Training Days are running on the dates below and still only cost £10 per person or £5 if you are under 21.  This includes a hot lunch, tea coffee and biscuits!
